SHIPPING POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from B.wood co. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us, and we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Please note that custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
